NIH Forms-E now required
NIH updated application forms (FORMS–E) are required for due dates of January 25, 2018 and beyond – includes new Human Subject and Clinical Trial Information Form. Increase in Employer Health Insurance, effective Dec 2017
Effective with December 2017 payroll employer portion health insurance increased to $498.68 per month/$5,984.16 annually. For proposal preparation purposes, please continue to budget with composite rates of 34% fringe for Faculty/EHRA staff and 40% for SHRA staff. If a sponsor required a breakdown, please use the annual rate of $5,984. Please see Budget Preparation for more details.
